Pike’s Peak

America’s Mountain was named for Lt. Zebulon Pike — who never actually reached its peak! It’s also the inspiration for the America the Beautiful anthem.  With a summit of 14,115 feet, Pike’s Peak inspires all who see it.

Garden of the Gods

300 million years of geological history are on display at the Garden of the Gods.  It’s home to one of the most extensive pictures of earth’s history in the U.S. It’s also a magnificent spot for star gazing!

Glen Eyrie Castle

Just north of the Garden of the Gods tucked into the foothills is Glen Eyrie Castle. This lavish, 67-room English Tudor-style castle was built by General William Jackson Palmer, the founder of Colorado Springs. Totally worth a visit!

U.S. Air Force Academy

The U.S. Air Force Academy, located approximately 15 minutes from Colorado Springs, welcomes more than one million visitors each year. Here men and women are educated, trained, and inspired to become “officers of character” ready to lead the U.S. Air Force and Space Force.
